Getting Results with Higher Potency Supplements

Reading time:

I am a firm believer that if you give the body the nutrients it needs, in meaningful amounts, it will self-correct any imbalances and disharmonies. The body is the magic in correcting imbalances.

In most situations there are natural alternatives. However, some don’t work because they are based on low potency supplements. You need to look for an alternative that is a high potency supplement. What I mean by high potency is, for instance, B vitamins over 50 mg. Anything under 50 mg per B Vitamin will not work if you are dealing with a condition that requires the B vitamins for restoring and maintaining harmony.

In some instances with the low potency supplements you are paying for packaging, marketing and advertising. Consider the fact that every vitamin and mineral has a very specific molecular structure. It is that molecular structure that your body and its intelligence seeks out from the food and from the supplements. It doesn’t matter what the source is. Your body doesn’t care. The molecular structure of vitamin A is vitamin A, and no matter where it comes from it looks like this.

And your body will utilize it.

However, if you give your body only 10 International Units (IU) of Vitamin A versus 10,000 IU, you have missed out on 9,000 IU. So, it could be that taking low potencies in the past didn’t work for you.

Step up your game and go for a higher potency product and try again. Don’t worry if the label says to take 3 a day. Try 6 or 9 because you may need more in order to bring your body back to balance and harmony. Once that is achieved you can go back to what the label indicates. Don’t let fear undermine your approach to things.
